Lisa DaVia Rubenstein is a Professor of Educational Psychology at Ball State University. Presently, she teaches courses in the development of creativity and qualitative research methodology. Her own research examines motivation, creativity, and talent development.

Dr. Kathrin Maki is an Assistant Professor in the School Psychology program at the University of Florida. Her research centers on the examination of academic interventions and data-based decision-making within multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), and the identification of learning disabilities.

Dr. Lisa Ridgley is the Associate Director of Research at the University of San Diego. Her work explores helping students develop strategic approaches to overcome challenges and persist through academic difficulty. She is passionate about using strong research methodology to help diverse learners find and reach their potential.
